Well, if Faith is anything to go by, there is a possibility for people to change and become better. There's a lot of corruption here that can drive someone towards darkness. If they *want* to change and want to be better, I think that they should be given that chance. I've been seeing a few people wanting to meditate and work on their corruption.

Well, I don't think that much of Maul's behaviour is driven by corruption, given this isn't really a new thing. But you're right. That was the whole point behind that spell me, John and Luna cast on him in the first place. To give him a chance to figure out a way to do better but also stop him from hurting others too. The sanctuary seems like a good place for getting rid of corruption - it's really soothing there.

I love the Sanctuary. I finally figured out how to connect and draw from nature here because of the sapling. I'm meeting a lot of people too, people that need help and are looking for some way to remove their corruption. There's this one guy who has a steed. He comes and meditates with me. He seems very steady and thoughtful, also drawing from energies like I do. Though, he calls it "the force". It's really interesting.
You know if you want, you can come and join me and work on corruption. I think I can help drain it away. If you'd rather not, I understand.
Me? I don't think I have much corruption. My Vile Blood is still wonky. I can't touch anyone, which makes the flow of energy between myself and others a little more difficult. I'm happier though. I'm starting to feel things again.
That's great. I'm glad you're enjoying it, and that you're meeting new people. The guy you're talking about sounds a lot like Obi-Wan. I don't know if he's got a horse, though. I guess he might? I've met a couple people from his universe. Maul's one of them too.

He never really said his name. We just talked a bit about nature and its ability to calm the mind. He seemed a bit surprised that it could be used as a purifier. I haven't really met someone before that thought of magic in similar ways. Even I don't agree with everything he said.

I'll be careful, but I can't turn him away if he wants help with his corruption. I have to give him a chance like I will anyone else. I can see why he would be someone dangerous. There's something unnerving about him. There's also this reverence he has for nature too, though.
[She doesn't like it. It makes her nervous, and uncomfortable, to know Maul is hanging around someone she loves very much, but Willow trusts Tara's judgement, and she knows she can't turn someone away who is genuinely looking for help.]
