Yeah, it's no bother at all. I started researching Corruption awhile back, and that's what leads to Beasthood. There's a few ways to turn people back. Besides killing them, I mean.
There's the Salt Lake - it's out past the Waystation in Trenchwood. When the moon is full, the water is pink, and leading a beast into it will restore them regardless whether or not they're human or animal.
Moon Drops are another option - they'll cure Corruption and Beasthood, but they can be a little harder to come by.
There's also the Blade of Agency - they were given to Sleepers who had a Blessed Day back in February. You have to cut through a beast with it, but it won't do any physical damage to them. It will turn them back from a beast, but it might cause some amnesia too.
